For Freelancers/Job Seekers:

  • You must not apply for jobs that you are not qualified for or that you have no intention of fulfilling.
  • Linkzto is not responsible for any interactions or transactions between job seekers and employers beyond the platform.

For Employers:

  • You agree to post legitimate job opportunities that comply with all applicable laws.
  • You must not post misleading or false job listings or misuse candidate information.
  • Linkzto is not responsible for the suitability, qualifications, or conduct of job seekers.

5. Fees and Payments

Linkzto may charge fees for job postings, premium services, or additional features. Any fees will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. All payments must be made promptly, and users are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with transactions. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account or restricted access to services.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on Linkzto, including text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by Linkzto or its licensors. Users may not:
